Yes, an individual or multiple individuals can own the underlying asset(s) being used as security for the loan if they are a director and/or substantial shareholder in the company being lent to.
The financing rates and repayment options can vary greatly depending on the lender, specific situation, the loan type and length, risk profile and several other factors. The best thing to do is contact us so we can review your situation and property details at which point we will be able to give you an indicative lending rate and let you know your best options.
As the loan is an asset lend the main criteria we require is that you have sufficient available equity in one or more properties and the load is for commercial purposes. Depending on the loan type, property location and loan amount we can typically lend up to 75 - 80% LVR. There are a few other conditions that may need to be met which we can assist you with if you need it. Rest assured everything is completely transparent and all lending requirements will be explained to you in detail as part of the application process.
